Chosen Solution
My phone shutted down and i tried to turn it on…but it just gives the normal samsung animation and then appears the samsung word on the screen…til there everything normal…but after that is supposed to ask me for the pin and the pasword and work normal…but that isnt happening…it just reproduces the animation again and again…what should i do? Before this my phone used to throw me messages of “google play process stopped working"“samsung.apps process stopped working etc etc but the option it gave me was force closure…
I would try to hard reset the phone. http://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsun… You will lose everything but the phone will work. If that doesnt work i would try to flash a new rom to the phone.
