Hi! Basically my iPhone fall on the water. I do a video, starts a big noise and not a real sound. And when I talk with someone, the person heard the same big noise! But all the others options going and working good!
It sounds like the microphone and louder speaker are damaged, replace a new one to see whether this issue happens or not.
