My phone is stuck on apple logo with a white background and I cant open it without any reason, and I have so many pictures inside as I have been traveling and it has my graduation pictures as well, so is there any hope I can get my pictures back ? without losing my data at least the pictures ?
What happened to your phone prior to this white screen issue; was it dropped or damaged or came into contact with water? Perhaps you were updating the phone… While you may have a software issue, it is likely that there is a hardware issue. Once you give more details, I’ll be in a better position to help you. If the problem is hardware, then the phone has to be repaired, at least to the point of being recognized by iTunes, to allow any data recovery. Your best bet is a micro-solderer who will focus on the data recovery of your device.
