When I put it on the charger it jumps but shows nothing and take it off it’s still black and can’t hard reset or soft reset cause I have tried it don’t know what to do
Remove the battery and clean the terminals with ip alcohol. While you have the battery out test it with a multi meter . Check your results with the specs on the battery . You may need a new battery. Hope this helps
