Hi, My phone is frozen. It was stuck of the boot screen but I did force restarted it and now nothing is on except from the red charging light. If possible to have help on this I will be very grateful. Many Thanks Taza
Are you able to boot to recovery? Hold the Home and Volume Up keys, then hold the power button until the Samsung logo appears. If you can get in recovery, I would try wiping your cache partition (you use the volume buttons to navigate). If it still doesn’t boot after wiping the cache, you might need to factory reset the phone (which you can also do in recovery).
