My phone is just putting on a blue screen when switched on and is not proceeding afterwards putting an emoji on the screen
Try reloading the system software on the phone. Here is how to do it: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr… In this case you will end up losing all data stored on the phone when doing this which there is no way around that I know of once the phone is stuck in a boot loop.
