@avanteguarde , HIRAM NINO , did a search for your problem and forums suggest trying the reset methods below, links are posted below that had similar issue. Stuck on Field Test Mode screen:This is caused by holding the volume down while turning on the device. If the device is in FTM mode, press the Volume up key then Power key to reboot. Or try removing the battery to turn the device off. Reinstall the battery and then turn the phone back on and you should be out of FTM. Link #3 will show how to access battery if need be. Good luck. Turn the phone off. (If you can remove the battery, do that.) Make sure none of the buttons - power, volume up and down, home - are stuck. Turn the phone back on. Field Test Mode should end with a power shut down.
