I can’t shut the phone off or stop the restart cycle. The phone tries to restart itself and brings up the ALCATEL onetouch screen then goes black and does it again and again and won’t stop.

The battery isn’t removable.

Try taking out the battery and putting it back in again. It should stop the restarting cycle.

Hello, Try opening the back up and taking out the battery or I dont know if this would work but hold the power button and home button down.
