Chosen Solution
I jailbroke my iPhone on iOS 12 and accidentally restarted my device. When I turned it back on, most of my apps were unable to open and unable to uninstall. I factory reset my device and now its stuck at the factory reset screen with the update bar at an estimated 99.99% for the past 16 hours
I have herd of this happening when trying to reset through the settings app. The best thing to do would be to put it in DFU mode and restore with iTunes or 3uTools.
