I have a Apple I phone 6 plus which i bought from ebay. It has no fingerprint sensor but the phone worked perfectly everything is fine for the past 4 months from when i bought it. In the past few weeks my phone had some issues. It randomly restarts and gets stuck on a bootloop i have tried updating and recovering it from iTunes and it worked for few days and again this happened. Is it a battery problem do i have to replace the batteri ? Note:/ I phone 6 plus. (seller refurbished) Has no issue in charging or battery health. No touch disease or nothing. This phone randomly bootloops. #stuckonapplelogo #helpme
Trying a new battery is a good strategy. To be certain, use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows). It will tell you what the health of the battery is. Anything less than 70% of design capacity will require replacement.
