Chosen Solution
Okay well basically my phone has been stuck on searching… For about a week now. Its not letting me use 4G and also not letting me receive or make calls. Its been like this since i dropped it (a week ago) however was working for a while as i called my mum telling her it was broken. Iv took the chip out my phone and turned it off multiple times, what else can i do that will fix it?
Hi Molly, Make sure you are connected to wifi and check that automatic date and time is set. Whilst doing this, turn on airplane mode for 5 seconds then turn it off. If this doesn’t work, try a restore. :)
