OK so… my phone just stopped working one day. I turned it back on and it gets to the LG logo screen and stays there. I have done the reset with hardkeys several times and it still does the same thing. It charges just fine. Has no damage, not even water. I don’t know what to make of it. everything I have read online says to do an update on it from the home screen, but I can’t get to that screen. It will NOT go passed the LG logo screen??? Any advise??? Thanx
Hi, Try a power reset and see if this resolves the problem. Remove the battery and then press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to dissipate any residual power in the device. Replace the battery and then check if it turns on OK. LG Optimus L90 Battery Replacement
