Why does my phone keep shutting off when I’m on it it doesn’t matter what I’m doing but most of the time when it shuts off it tries to restart and fails and repeats it’s self over and over and over if I hit the power button it does nothing. I end up plugging in the charger then it comes back on for about 5-10 minutes then goes back to it again it’s getting old really quick. Can someone please help me
Shutting off can be a number of issues, most commonly the battery. The g flex is getting some age on it so a battery is likely. Batteries are consumable parts and do need to be replaced every few years. I would take your device to a reputable repair shop and have them diagnose it.
I just bought the LG G Flex from harvey norman in Ireland and i just got it up and running today it was alright for most of the day and then it started getting very hot it righted its self after a while but it keeps shutting it self down and it keeps LG the screen and it won’t let me turn it off it turns itself on after a good while but the screen keeps flashing. Would that be a problem with the phone.
