I have Condor Plume H1 (An Algerian Phone) I know you never heard of it. I’m sorry for making you think its samsung … I couldn’t find the brand of the phone.
The phone is new .. I have got it for a month now Its an Android Phone running 7.1 version The issue started last week when I pluged in my phone to the charger … The phone started charging normally and then stoped. it stared again and then stoped. sometimes for amount of seconds and some times for minutes even for hours. when I ignore it or unplug it and replug it again the phone charges for 100%. As i am typing this … the phone is charging normally … oh wait its doing it again charge then stop then charge again. I asked some reparing men about the issue they said its not the battery; its not the cord (I tried a bunch of them) its not the charging port in the phone.. some of them said that I should open it up and clean it (the phone has bulidin battery) I am asking in the forum to know if it is software issue or hardware one. what’s making me said is that the phone is NEW Help please its making angry, mad, sad
It must be one of the three things. Try these solutions in the order which I have posted them in. Software problem; try a hard reset of your phone using this guide (you will lose all of your phone data doing this, so back up your data accordingly)Battery problem; replace the batteryCharge port problem; motherboard replacement is required due to the charge port being soldered to the mobo.
Thank you guys, I founed a way to fix it and it did I cleaned the charging port with some medical alchohol couple of times and the phone start charging normally.
I’ve factory reseted my phone over 20 time and it still does this on the charger or off. I think you should just get a new phone.
I have a revvl 4+, it started charging normally before one day, it stopped doing that, what it does is when I plug it in tight, it will recharge and discharge, so I’m forced to push the charger in the port, I have no small object to clean the lint or dirt in there. Pls
