I upgraded to new Marshmallow 6.0 and it keeps on restarting. Sometimes it will login successfully to the home panel, but most of the time it gets stuck on the Logo and will restart over and over again. I can enter download mode. And the auto restart issue doesn’t happen if I’m in Safe Mode so I assume that my motherboard is not broken. Can you please help me with this issue?
You’ll have to try a factory reset. Make sure any important data is backed up (use Google photos) then go into safe mode, and in the settings select backup & reset. Factory Reset. Hope this helps!
