my phone’s battery percentage was being inaccurate and by that i mean it drops dramatically out of nowhere and increases dramatically when charged, then out of nowhere it started rebooting randomly when unplugged, sometimes even when plugged in, it is an alcatel idol 4s and the issue started happening after about 1 year of use
I found the solution, you just have to replace the battery, you can find them anywhere on eBay for around 25 dollars you just take them to any service center and they replace it for you, I did exactly that and it works like a charm, the problem is because the phone has a lithium polymer battery which has much less cycles than a lithium ion battery, sadly I can’t find any lithium ion replacement battery so expect the same lifespan of the original if not worse if you are willing to replace it
I am experiencing the same problem with my alcatel idol 4s 6070K.
