My phone Screen brightness is flashing when I put Screen brightnees to low level. I have tried 5.0.1 firmware. Tried 6.0.1 firmware. Factory reset. In developer option Screen overlay turn on. Non of the way I tried worked. I don’t know what to do.

That is caused by pressure damage on the screen display panel. To fix that the screen would need to be replaced. Personally I don’t think it’s worth getting it fixed unless the screen is cracked.
