Chosen Solution
Today i was stupid , i was tried to change my mac address from “Console” which i download it from “Cydia” after open Console i write the following : #SU nvroom wifiadress=******** (***** mean some mac address “laptop mac address”) then after restart my iphone i found that it ask me to active my phone !! this isn’t my problem as i can finally activate it, but it stuck on safeMode !!!!!!!(and wifi works good) trying to restart it several times and the same thing safemode again :( i know i’m stupid but now i need help to fix this $@$* :’'(
Ok guys finally i fix it by reset all settings from : settings-> general->reset->all now it works good :D
