Phone wouldnt respond at all. couldnt turn it on. did advised reboot and got WARNING screen saying A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications. If you want to download a custom OS, press the volume up key..otherwise press the volume down key. Neither work and now I have this screen frozen on phone….HELP PLEASE :(
Ok, Hold power + volume down and home button for 8-10 seconds then release. Hold the power button until you see the samsung logo and hope fully it will turn on successfully. Otherwise keep plugged in charging while in download mode.
