My phone was locked by someone when watching some site
If this is a Samsung Phone you should be able to boot it in safe mode. You do this by turning off the phone holding the Power + Volume down button until screen shuts off completely. Then hold the Power button until it turns on and hold the volume up and down button and repeatedly pressing the menu button when until it finishes booting. Once it displays ‘Safe mode’ on the bottom left of the screen. Go into your phone settings, applications, uninstall the ‘System Update’ application on the downloaded section of the applications manager. This is usually what the malware application hides as. Otherwise you may have to perform a factory reset on the phone.
