My phone has gone to a black screen, it is making a sound intermitently, there is a red light flashing, but i am unable to turn the phone off or bring up anything on the screen
Kevin, charge phone and try a reset, press and hold power power button for 20 to 30 seconds. If no reset, with phone off, try removing battery for a minute, reinstall battery and try holding power button in until phone boots up.
