Chosen Solution
After playing a game on my phone i exited the game then turned the phone off after this i tried to turn it back on however it did not turn off. I have tried taking the battery out then putting it back in but it still didn’t work. I have also tried charging my phone but it did not turn on.
Hi, First of all try with another battery and another charger. The problems may be different, depending of the results. Regards.
