Hi @amirsoliman993 , Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the phone’s charge port to check if there is any lint etc. trapped in the port enclosure that is preventing a good electrical connection to the charge cable plug. If there is an obstruction, do not use a pin or metal probe to try and clear it. You may damage the pins or cause an electrical problem in the phone. Use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck it out. If it still won’t dislodge, try using a sharpened wooden toothpick to gently prise it out. If the charge port seems clear check if the port seems loose. To do this plug an appropriate cable into the phone’s charge port only. Do not connect the other end to anything. Then with one hand firmly hold onto the phone, while with the other hand grab hold of the cable plug that is inserted into the port and gently try to move it up and down and side to side to check if you feel any movement in the port. If you do then the port may be loose on the systemboard. The phone will have to be opened and inspected to see what the problem actually is and if the port can be resoldered onto the systemboard or if has to be replaced
