my Alcatel won’t charge or turn on on, after it went to 0% percent battery ,what can I do ?

if you let the battery fully discharge often youll need to charge it a while before the phone recognizes the battery again as being in the phone. let it sit for a good while while charging. id say atleast an hour. also try a different charger and wall outlet just to be sure.
