Blank screen even when plugged into the charger or my Mac.
Just got off the phone with Verizon and they taught me to “reboot” my iPhone… Just hold down the Home button and the power button simultaneously until the Apple Logo appears… Then the iPhone will come up… Hope this helps!!
Take it to Apple. If it’s still under warranty, I really wouldn’t recommend trying to troubleshoot it and fix it yourself.
