The power button is jammed in and I can’t get it out of my iPod Touch 4th Generation. i tried tweezers and other stuff like that and I can’t seem to get it out.

I would suggest taking the iPod apart. Visit the Repair section on this site to find out how to take your iPod apart. Then try opening the covers over the power button on your iPod. This will release all tension and may pop the power button out.
