My laptop fell to the ground and since then I keep seeing my power light on and my battery light blinking. The laptop was charging and was on sleep mode when it fell. Please what should I do.
Assuming there is no hardware damage try this: Power off the laptop.Take the battery out. If the battery is integrated and does not have a latch to release it then leave the battery inside the laptop.Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.Power ON the laptop.
