PRO10 Editon tablet RCT6203W46 when pushing the side button to turn on the screen will not go past RCA to bring up the main screen and it will not turn off.

Hi, If the tablet is frozen press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds, then release to reset the tablet. If that doesn’t work, with the tablet on, insert an opened paper clip into the RESET hole on the back of the tablet. You will feel a button ‘click’ on. Hold it on for a few seconds, then remove the paperclip and allow the tablet to start again. Here is an image to show where it is located.
