This sounds like it might be caused by a fault in the motherboard. The Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) may need to be re-soldered to the motherboard. I can’t say for sure if this is the problem since I can’t see it but I have fixed similar problems like you are having. I know it’s not much to go on, but that’s what I think might be happening.
