hi everyone, i just bought a ps4 slim (CUH-2015A) recently. because my house had a power outage that day and when it came back I couldn’t turn it on anymore, there was still a flashing blue light and the tv had no signal. I have tried many ways like: booting without hard drive, trying to enter safe mode but the control panel shuts down on 2nd beeps, trying another hdmi but they are all useless. Is this error due to power failure or internal apu? I hope it’s a power failure because I can replace it myself (because where I live there are very few console users so no repairers or sony services), I used very little from purchase to failure total time I used it for less than 15 hours and I always put it away when I stop playing. Shutting down on 2nd beep tells us that this is a blue light of death. The first thing to try, you already tried by removing the hard drive. The next thing you want to try is swapping out the power supply. CUH-2015A uses ADP-160CR power supply.
