My ps4 device turn on and i get white light but no video that happen after i change my tv i try to connect it back to the old TV but i get the same noting also i try to go safe mode but the screen show noting my ps4 model chu 12XX please help
This is most likely an HDMI port problem. But be sure you’ve tried another HDMI cable just to be sure it’s not the cable. You also might want to try it on another TV to rule out a TV problem. HDMI port problems are not as common on the 12xx model but they definitely have them. It also could be a problem with the HDMI ic chip, but that is less likely. Hope this helps.
