Chosen Solution
So i’ve had my ps4 for a year now, one day i tried to turn it on but the blue light only comes on for a few seconds(only the light, not the display), and then it shuts down with a click. Every time i try to turn it on, the same thing happens. What is most likely the problem?

My ps4 will just not turn on it will make no beeps no sound but the controller light bar just flashes i dont know what to do
try start in safe mode Turn off your console and then hold down the Power button until you hear 2 beeps (7-8 seconds). Connect the DualShock 4 controller using the provided USB cable and then press the PS button to access Safe Mode.
nice if that did not help take cover of the back there are 2 cables conecting to the power unit make sure the pluged in 2 beeps low power or you need a new power unit this is commnon in the origanl consol
