Yesterday morning the ps4 stopped coming on its only 3 months old. Its model Cuh1215a i wanna try and fix it myself but cant seem to find the power supply for the model any ideas?
Hi! If there are no noises and no lights then you try to turn it on it very well could be the power supply. Sometimes they are available on Ebay. My company also sells them. Just click on my profile link and go to our website and look in the PS4 parts section. Maybe ifixit will start selling them eventually too. I hope this helps.
Hi, Given that it is only 3 months old, (assuming it was bought ’new’), it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you attempt to repair it you will void the warranty. I suggest that you contact the manufacturer’s customer service section regarding a warranty repair/replacement, (or do what it says to do regarding warranty repair in the warranty section of the User Guide).
