I have a Kenwood DNX 9990HD radio and when i turn it on it just keeps rebooting.
Hi Have you tried resetting the device? Here is an image that shows how. (apologies for the poor quality)
If that doesn’t work try removing all the power from the device , press and hold the on button for 10 seconds to drain residual power, then re apply the power supplies and see if it starts normally. If the reset or power refresh works you may wish to check that the firmware is up to date. Here is a link that shows the models that the firmware is for. Can someone post a pic of the daughter board? I have 2 units trying to fix one. One doesnt try to boot even with a reset. The other is stuck in a reboot loop.
