When I call out or when I answer, I can not hear the recipient unless the speaker is on. I cleaned the transmitter window with no better results.
Which iPhone is this? and if the earpiece speaker filter looks clean or you can see through it then most likely the earpiece (top speaker) needs to be replaced.
