my samsung s6 does not give signs of life, putting it in charge, nor with the forced reboot and hardly the hard reset works. I like to play with faulty phones, I open the device and do not notice any oxidation or obvious burns of the components. putting it into charge and making a test with the multimeter shows that the current passes but the phone does not turn on. I think it’s about ic power, what do you think? is there a way to test the operation of the “ic power” with the tester? I would not want to change the piece unnecessarily even though I’m almost sure it’s about that.
Does the computer detect it at all e.g in device manager when you unplug and plug it in? Sometimes you may hear a device connected sound as well.
