My Tablet is on and the screen is just black with with blurry lines but I haven’t been able to use the tablet for almost a year and it was new.
You can try a hard reset this will take you back to new all your data and apps will be lost but at least you should have a working tablet http://www.technipages.com/galaxy-tab-4-… This is a walk through on haw to do it. Good Luck
If it’s almost a year, and it was new, it will be covered under a warrenty
