My phone actually turns on but then it kept on stopping on its logo and never continue to turn on to the actual home screen. What is the solution for this problem?
Hi, Try a hard reset on the phone. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its’ factory default condition or its’ last successfully updated condition. Before you perform a hard reset, ensure that the battery is fully charged, that the charger is removed from the phone and the the external SD Card (if any inserted), is removed. Here is a link that show what to do. Be patient, it takes a little while for the reset to complete.
