Chosen Solution
I have tryed EVERY THING non invasive and have had no luck. I showed a t.v. repair man pictures and told him everything i had tryed, and he said its the board and cost me $750!!! I dont believe him so im looking for more opinions.
Funny enough, the board can be bought from iFixit, and will run you around $120. I’ll link it here if you want to give it a look. But from what is shown, this looks like it could be a dead LED on the Edge-lit LED strip. I’d give that a look before replacing the motherboard.
