Hello, I dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen was cracked. It worked just fine for a few months with the crack in it. One day I was using it and the screen went black but had this different color lines going across it. It was still working though because it would vibrate when I had a call or text. I don’t want to waste money or time but, I don’t know the best way to fix my problem. Someone please help ????
At the very least, you will need to replace the front LCD and digitizer. It also sounds like the connection between the main board and screen has been damaged as well. If you are not comfortable opening it up yourself, I would recommend taking it in to either the Genius Bar or a local repair shop that you trust. Do you still have Apple Care?
