Chosen Solution
I have replaced my screen the first about 6 months ago, it started with flicking white and green light. One day the screen stopped working . Recently I have to replace my screen again because I dropped my phone, it worked fine for about couple of hours, and suddenly I gotten a black screen. I can still feel vibration on my phone, so I ordered a second screen. The screen worked fine for about couple days, and it started to show green or white screen. After one week, it started to get worst, I would get white screen, lines, distorted screen, and my screen become unresponsive. I will have to click the power button to turn on my screen to fix it. I noticed the problem gotten worst whenever I charge my phone, at first I thought I didn’t connect the connector good enough, but after I make sure everything is correct. The problem is still there. Today my screen is black again, aI think the problem is that I got a defected screen. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to contact ifixit to get a replacement.
Definitely sounds like a defective screen. iFixit should replace it without issues.
