I had my note 5 on the table and when I started reading an article on the internet everything froze. The time stopped and none of the buttons are working to power it off or do anything. How do I fix my phone
I got it working by letting the battery die then I plugged in the charger andbwas able to boot up the phone afterwards
Try a force restart first. To force restart your device, press and hold the Volume down key and Power/Lock key on the device for 10–20 seconds. This performs a simulated battery disconnect.
