No accidend is happend. My Ipad 3 screen shows just Grey or colored stripes on the screen. I cannot work with y i pad. I used restore and itunes to set my ipad as a new one. But nothing is helping.

Grey and colored lines all mean that the screen is physically damaged. Another cause can be physical damage to the LCD connector on the board (such as liquid or pry damage from prior repair attempt).
