HI My device will power up fine when plugged in but as soon as it goes to sleep when not in use, the screen won’t light up again unless I plug it into power for 1 second. It stay lit when I pull the power cord out so I can use it, but as soon as it falls asleep, I have to find a quick power connection again? Is there a setting messed up? thanks
@kbravo, that could point to a bad battery. I would start with that. Of course you already made sure that you have a good cable and that your tablet charges properly…..
