My screen has vertical lines all across it so I can’t do anything. The phone still works just fine except that I can’t see anything on the screen. It might be from water damage a year ago. I did take it to a professional who made it work again. Now it’s a year later, and it’s not working. Is this something I can fix myself? If so, what do I need and where do I get it?
Hi Brenda, This sounds like an LCD issue, replacing your screen should solve this, providing whoever cleaned the water damage did a good job! :-)
