My smartband has been on charge for the past 3 days. It has not been used for a long period of time. I want to use it now but its not turning on. I tried putting it on charge but no response whatsoever.
Hi, If the smartband has not been used or has not been kept charged for a long time then most probably the battery has become depleted beyond recovery and needs to be replaced. I cannot find a guide or video that shows how to open the smartband but have found this disassembly video of a Huawei Band (model unknown) which may be of some help. Replacement batteries are available online. Just search for Huawei Band 3 Pro battery to get results for suppliers that suit you.
