My sound doesn’t work, how do I fix it?

@nytryder26 Has it worked OK before? Have you checked for audio from the headphone socket to see if it is there at all, you didn’t say? If something is plugged into it (or it acts like something is) this can cut off the audio going to either the internal or external speakers. Try a factory reset and see if that works. The user manual calls it “Reset all settings” and it is a sub menu of the System Information setting. If still no good it’s looking like a mainboard problem as this is where the audio IC is located
