Chosen Solution
I have a launch day switch from 2017. I had plugged a computer charger into it and it showed an X near the charging logo and said “unable to charge”. I must stress that it was charging earlier in the day until I plugged the charger in. Now when I plug it in, nothing happens, it turns on but shows the dead battery logo. Please help!
