Chosen Solution
I just got this Dragon Touch X10 and is stuck with app open Will not turn off Will not respond to touch…I have not dropped or harmed it in anyway I was just using it and it stopped Got it!! Have to hold down volume and Power Button down for long time to reboot
Have to hold down Power Button and Volume Button at same time for long time till it reboots
