Only LINSAY LOGO on screen lablet frozen I tried the factory reset nothing happened still frozen in a loop logo comes on music plays then words flash music play again only have had tablet a little over a month. What is wrong with it can it be fixed or am I just screwed?
Hi @kermitecv , Given that the tablet is just over 1 month old and since you have tried a factory restore and this has failed to resolve the problem,I suggest that you consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the tablet as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
